Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel the ground comfortably, so if your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn barefoot shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
